My leadership extended to renowned global brands such as Maybelline, Essie, Urban Decay and L'Oréal Paris, where I oversaw product innovation and comprehensive marketing strategies that bolstered both consumer satisfaction and business growth.
In my concluding role, I led the implementation of AI technologies that facilitated personalized shopping experiences and elevated customer satisfaction. Additionally, I played a key role in the relaunch of the L'Oréal Paris website, executing SEO and UX enhancements that significantly boosted engagement and decreased bounce rates.
