Work Overview
I was brought in to establish and scale SharkNinja's US DTC channel as its first dedicated commercial leader (post migration to SharkNinja.com) — owning the P&L and driving strategy across commercial planning, merchandising, site experience, inventory and forecasting, SEO and content, and operations.
I led a team of 15 with 5 direct reports, partnering cross-functionally across media, brand, finance, and supply chain to accelerate growth, improve conversion, and build a best-in-class end-to-end customer journey.
